2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Promotion

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·         No purchase or obligation necessary to enter or win. You must be present to win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

·         Entry deadline is May 23, 2007, 4:30 p.m. (Florida time).

·         Eligibility: The CIS Conference 31 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by CIS Conference (the “Conference”) and is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States or Canada and who are registered attendees of the CIS Conference 31 (the “CIS Conference”) to be held on May 21, 2007 - May 24, 2007. To be eligible to win, you must be a full-time employee of a utility company and provide proof of same if requested by Conference. Winner(s) from prior year(s) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Employees of Conference, conference underwriters/advertisers, Conference Planning Committee members, Conference Board of Directors, vendors, exhibitors, consultants, media representatives and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. You must be 21 years or older as of May 23, 2007, to be eligible. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”).

·         Entry Requirements: Otherwise eligible participants may simply place a completed entry form in the CIS Conference 31 Promotion Box located in the exhibit hall. Entry forms will be provided to conference attendees based on the Conference’s understanding of their eligibility. Only one entry per person is permitted. Lost or stolen entry forms will not be replaced by the Conference. Each person submitting an entry form must attest to their eligibility under the Official Rules by signing their entry form. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of the Official Rules may be disqualified.

·         Prize Drawing: All entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing. The drawing will occur during the CIS Conference morning general session on Thursday, May 24, 2007. The drawing will be conducted by a Conference representative whose decision is final and binding. The Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The Winner will be announced at the CIS Conference following the drawing. You must be present to win.

·         Prize: 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder
The odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to the prize. Winner will be required to provide proof of automobile liability insurance before taking possession of the prize. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Conference. Conference will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Total retail value of the prize to be awarded is approximately $26,000.00.
    The winner has the option of accepting the 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder or a cash prize of $20,000.00 in U. S. Dollars. In the event a person cannot or does not desire to accept the prize (either the 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder or the cash prize) a cash donation in the amount of $20,000.00 will be made to the American Red Cross in the Winner’s name.

·         General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is offered by CIS Conference, 4817 Hwy 1417 N. Sherman, TX 75092. CIS Conference is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. CIS Conference is not responsible for the theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials. By participating and winning the prize, Winner releases Conference, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Conference’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Decisions made by the Conference in all respects relative to the Promotion are final. Conference reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Conference reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, as determined by Conference in its sole discretion. The Winner is solely responsible for paying any income taxes and other applicable taxes on the value of the prize received. The Winner is also responsible for all costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to, shipping charges, title and registration fees. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and provincial and local regulations apply.

·         Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Conference and none will be acknowledged or returned.
